VIT Support Policy
Your VIT liaison, identified on page 1 of your contract, will contact you to
gather information on your videoconferencing needs. In order the ensure that
your videoconference runs smoothly, it is important that you provide your liaison
with a complete list of needs and technical requirements. VIT can provide document
cameras as well as DVD, videotape and audio CD playback capabilities at all
sites.
Windows based computers are also available for presentations. (VIT discourages
the use of your own computer, unless absolutely necessary.) VIT recommends that
you bring presentations on a CD or USB storage device (thumb drive) for use on
studio computers. VIT requires that all computer presentations be tested at VIT
more than 24 hours prior to your videoconference. VIT can not be responsible
for/or guarantee any last minute technical support requests.
