VIT prides itself on high level customer service. Once you schedule a videoconference, a full-time VIT staff member will be assigned as your liaison. • Explain the information sharing tools available to you.


• Offer free orientation(s) for moderators and presenters who have not used VIT before.


• Share tips on how to create a successful videoconference.
