Support
VIT does not ask you to manage the technology while managing your videoconference. Every VIT site is staffed by an expert technician who is there to greet participants and manage the technology throughout your videoconference. From the control room, the technician will operate the cameras, monitor audio levels and respond to your information sharing requests. This personal touch makes VIT videoconferencing most like an in person meeting. We take care of the technology, so you can tend to business.
VIT Liaison
VIT prides itself on high level customer service. Once you schedule a videoconference, a full-time VIT staff member will be assigned as your liaison. (Note: The name and phone number of your liaison is listed on your contract.) She or he will contact you to gather information about your upcoming videoconference. Your liaison will:
- answer any questions you might have;
- explain the information sharing tools available to you;
- offer free orientation(s) for moderators and presenters who have not used VIT before; and
- share tips on how to create a successful videoconference.
VIT staff members are Vermont’s videoconferencing experts. Feel free to turn to them for advice.
