Videoconferencing Rates

Rates for videoconferencing are based on the length of the meeting and the locations you need to connect.

Rates for VIT's In-State Network Usage

Use this chart to determine the hourly rate for your Vermont meeting. Rates are based on sector (Education, Nonprofit, Government or Business) and the number of sites, hours and sessions needed for your videoconference.

For example, a nonprofit organization hosting a 4-hour meeting using studios in three locations should expect to budget $420. An educational institution scheduling a 6-session course using studios in two locations, each session 3 hours in length, would budget $1,422.
