SCHEDULING AND BOOKING PROCESS

Once you’ve contacted the VIT Scheduling Coordinator and have agreed upon the date, time and sites to be reserved, you will be issued a contract. The contract will be sent to you via fax, mail, or e-mail. Once you've received the contract, you will have 5 business days to review the Terms and Conditions, and session details for for accuracy, make any changes, sign and return it to the Scheduling Coordinator. A VIT Liaison will contact you to coordinate details for a successful program on VIT approximately one month before your scheduled program.
