Single Session Videoconference

• Your request will become a confirmed reservation only when the signed contract is received by VIT. VIT reserves the right to release the requested dates/times if this contract is not received within five (5) business days from the date printed on the contract.
• Cancellation of site(s) up 5 business days before the session=0% of contract cost.
• Cancellation of site(s) 4 or fewer days before the session=100% of contract cost.
• Cancellation of session 60 or more business days before your session=0% of contract cost.
• Cancellation of session from 59 to 11 business days before your session= 25% of contract cost.
• Cancellation of session 10 or fewer business days prior to your session=100% of the contract cost.

• Your request will become a confirmed reservation only when the signed contract and a 25% deposit is received by VIT. VIT reserves the right to release the requested dates/times if this contract is not received within five (5) business days from date printed on the contract.
• Cancellation of site(s) 5 or more business days before the first session=$10 per site.
• Cancellation of site(s) 4 or fewer days before the first session=100% of contract cost.
• Cancellation of a session 60 or more days prior to the first session=0%.
• Cancellation of a session 59-0 days prior to the first session=100%.
• Cancellation of the contract 5 or more business days prior to the first session=25% deposit.
• Cancellation of the contract 4 or fewer business days prior to the first session=100% of the contract cost.

National and International Videoconference

• Your request will become a confirmed reservation only when the signed contract is received by VIT. VIT reserves the right to release the requested dates/times if this contract is not received within five (5) business days from the date printed on the contract
• Once a contract is sent to you, a non-refundable $65 national or $100 international Scheduling fee will be charged to your account.
• Cancellation of more than 49 hours before your session = scheduling fee forfeiture.
• Cancellation of 48-25 hours prior to your session = 50% of the cost of the contract.
• Cancellation less than 24 business hours before your event = 100% of reserved charges
• Cancellation 24-48 business hours before your event = 50% of reserved charges

Recording Charges: $30 per tape

Invoicing: Invoicing takes place immediately following your event. Payment is due within 30 calendar days. Late payments charges of 5% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts, accrued monthly.
